1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bets0.cam ("bets0", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bets0 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register an account and use the bets0 Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. You further represent and warrant that you are a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines and are physically located within the Philippines when accessing the Service. Online gaming is subject to Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration

To access gaming features on bets0, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bets0 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with bets0. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bets0 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void wagers placed through such accounts, and withhold any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts. Accounts registered by automated means, bots, or any method other than manual registration by a human individual are prohibited.

3. Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws, bets0 is required to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide such information and documentation as we may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, residence, and financial standing. This may include, but is not limited to, government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and selfie verification.

bets0 reserves the right to request verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to during account registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of periodic compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of services, or account closure. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals until all verification requirements have been satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bets0 accepts deposits via various Philippine payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), InstaPay, PesoNet, and over-the-counter deposits at authorized retail partners. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your bets0 account within minutes. Bank transfers and over-the-counter deposits may take longer to process depending on the payment provider. bets0 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Deposits can only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the funds being returned to the source and your account being suspended.

4.3 Deposit Limits

You may set voluntary deposit limits on your account as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. bets0 may also impose mandatory deposit limits on accounts at our discretion as part of responsible gaming safeguards.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of available account balance funds at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. You must have completed all required identity verification procedures before your first withdrawal. Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until such requirements have been fulfilled. bets0 reserves the right to require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bets0 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to four (4) hours for verified accounts during business hours. VIP tier members receive priority processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Some payment methods may incur processing fees charged by the payment provider; such fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if additional verification is required or if there are concerns about account security or compliance.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier. bets0 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time. Large withdrawal requests may be paid in installments at our discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bets0 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are provided with each bonus offer and form part of these Terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other Players to abuse bonus offers, or using betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, is strictly prohibited.

bets0 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or if bonus abuse has occurred. Only one bonus may be active per Player at any time unless otherwise stated. Players may opt out of bonuses by contacting customer support.

7. Wagering and Gameplay Rules

7.1 Placing Wagers

You may place wagers on games and events offered through the bets0 Service by using funds in your account balance. All wagers are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your wagers before confirmation. bets0 will not cancel or modify wagers after confirmation except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, event, and Player account status.

7.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer results in the case of live casino games. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, you must notify bets0 customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed game session. We will investigate the matter using game logs and server records. Our decision regarding disputed results is final and binding. If a technical error or malfunction affects game results, bets0 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the bets0 Service and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your location or identity
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Harassing or threatening other Players or bets0 staff
• Using the Service for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Wagering on events where you have inside information or can influence the outcome

8. Account Closure and Suspension

bets0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide required verification documentation, suspicious betting patterns, bonus abuse, or at the direction of regulatory authorities. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited. You will be entitled to withdraw your remaining account balance, subject to verification requirements and provided no Terms violations have occurred.

You may self-exclude or close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of bets0 management. Attempts to create new accounts during a self-exclusion period will result in permanent ban from the Service.

9. Responsible Gaming

bets0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools can be accessed through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem or need assistance, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling or other support organizations. bets0 participates in the PAGCOR responsible gaming program and adheres to all regulatory requirements regarding player protection and harm minimization. We reserve the right to impose mandatory limits or restrictions on accounts where we identify concerning gambling behavior.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on or through the bets0 Service are the exclusive property of bets0.cam or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bets0 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the Service, or any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall bets0's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds in your account balance or the amount you have deposited in the preceding six (6) months, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bets0 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted by you.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting bets0 customer support before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to bonuses or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and bets0 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
